Bail Manager™

Bail Manager™ is a simple yet comprehensive system for enrolling bailees for regular bail attendance appointments.

It guides the user through the process of collecting all the relevant details of each attendee, including a photograph and fingerprint, using a series of on-screen forms. After collecting their name and address the system stores the dates and times of all the bail appointments that the bailee is expected to attend.

It takes their photograph and records a fingerprint using a fingerprint scanner, meaning that the bailee can be recognised at any time in a fraction of a second by simply pressing that same finger on the scanner again.

The system can then automatically track who has attended, as required by the terms of their bail, who has been late and who has failed to attend at all. There’s no more paperwork and, once the initial enrolment process is complete, no forms for attendees to fill in or sign. All the attendee needs to do is place their finger on the scanner whenever they have an appointment. The system then automatically flags them as having attended.

Thousands of bailees can be tracked and reports created with a single mouse click. You can select from a number of pre-designed reports, like the “Notice To Attend Bail” that is handed to the bailee on enrolment, or you can create your own custom reports incorporating any on the enrolment information.
